We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in product delivery and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging lowcode/nocode technologies such as Mendix and Salesforce to drive business transformation and operational excellence. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for emerging technologies and a strong ability to lead highperforming teams.Roles & Responsibilities :
Product Delivery: Lead the endtoend delivery of strategic products and initiatives. Ensure projects are executed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards
Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and transformation
Portfolio Management: Oversee the product portfolio ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact
Technology Utilization: Leverage lowcode/nocode platforms including Mendix and Salesforce to develop and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact solutions. Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders managing relationships and expectations. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Assess their potential impact on strategic business outcomes and integrate relevant advancements into product strategies
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle including ideation development launch maintenance and eventual retirement. Ensure that each phase of the product lifecycle is executed efficiently with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with strategic business goals
User and Stakeholder Feedback : Gather and analyze feedback from internal users and key stakeholders to inform product development and enhancements. Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with user needs and organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes tools and methodologies. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance product delivery and team performance.
CrossDepartmental Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure that product strategies are wellintegrated and support overall business objectives. Facilitate smooth product launches and postlaunch activities.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Work closely with development teams to ensure that product development aligns with established SDLC practices and timelines
Developer Management: Manage and mentor development teams ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver highquality products. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in development practices.
Commercial Acumen : Demonstrate a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of product management including budgeting cost analysis and ROI. Ensure that products are developed with a clear focus on delivering business value and achieving financial objectives.
