Senior Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Our client is a leading real estate development company in Dubai known for delivering innovative and highquality projects. They are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager who can think strategically and drive their marketing efforts to new heights.

Role Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing and executing the full spectrum of marketing functions. You will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the 360degree marketing function including internal marketing social media marketing and maintaining a strong social presence.
• Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in a marketing role essentialy in the real estate industry is a must.
• Proven experience in managing comprehensive marketing functions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing technology (MarTech) tools such as Google Analytics HubSpot Marketo and social media management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
