Responsibilities
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales for SaaS products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of SaaS products and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, and conducting product demonstrations.
