Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef with expertise in both intercontinental and Arabic cuisines to join our dynamic kitchen team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a creative culinary professional with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and flavor profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present highquality dishes from intercontinental and Arabic cuisines.

Develop and refine recipes ensuring consistency and exceptional taste.

Manage kitchen operations including inventory ordering and maintaining cleanliness.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and a harmonious working environment.

Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.

Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef in intercontinental and Arabic cuisine.

Indepth knowledge of cooking techniques flavor combinations and presentation styles.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
