Job Description
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tower crane erection and dismantling.
- Strong knowledge of crane mechanics rigging techniques and safety procedures.
- Valid certifications for crane operation rigging and safety (e.g.OSHA) are required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical manuals.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and under tight deadlines.
