Tower Crane Erectors

Assemble and install tower cranes on construction sites according to project specifications and engineering drawings.

Dismantle tower cranes safely and efficiently upon project completion.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Collaborate with site managers engineers and other construction personnel to coordinate crane operations.

Ensure all lifting and rigging equipment is in good condition and used properly.

Follow strict safety protocols and regulations including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to sitespecific safety plans.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to crane assembly operation or dismantling.

Maintain accurate records of crane assembly inspection and maintenance activities.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient crane operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tower crane erection and dismantling.
  
• Strong knowledge of crane mechanics rigging techniques and safety procedures.
  
• Valid certifications for crane operation rigging and safety (e.g.OSHA) are required.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical manuals.
  
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and under tight deadlines.
