Job Description

Key Responsibilities main duties responsibilities and outputs of the role.

1. Prepare annual procurement plan and tender documents.

2. Support and coordinate procurement activities across all departments.

3. Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedure monitoring and overseeing corporate procurement practices.

4. Issuing P.O contract to vendors having the best value.

5. Prepare comparison analysis and monitoring budget.

6. Check invoices and follow payments

7. Source and negotiate for purchasing package in terms of quality price deliveries and services with vendors.

Aptitudes / Skills / Abilities

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts terms and prices effectively to ensure the best value for the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing market trends supplier performance and purchasing data to make informed decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Careful review of contracts purchase orders and supplier agreements to avoid errors and ensure compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with suppliers stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Project Management: Capability to manage procurement projects including timelines budgets and resources.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles budgeting and cost management to make sound purchasing decisions.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and performance.
  • Knowledge of Procurement Software: Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain management software and tools.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify issues develop solutions and implement changes to resolve procurementrelated challenges.
