The successful candidate will exhibit mastery in financial planning a proven track record in a B2B environment and a deep understanding of financial management within the projects architecture and construction markets.
They will be expected to communicate complex financial information clearly and guide the finance team with expertise.
JOB BRIEF:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Develop financial strategies and provide recommendations to senior management to improve financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the accounting team and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to support decision making.
- Identify areas for cost savings and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance.

Experience Qualification & Skills needed:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Masters Degree preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA CFA or ACCA
- 8 years of progressive experience in financial management roles with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility in the field
- A strategic mindset with a resultsoriented approach and a history of high performance.
- Experience within startup or growth companies adept at operating in fastpaced matrixed environments.
- Strong relationshipbuilding capabilities with a range of stakeholders (suppliers bankers customers etc)
- Technical proficiency with financial management software (ERP systems) online platforms and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
