Planning Engineer

Job Title: Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans and schedules ensuring they are aligned with project goals and objectives

Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues providing timely updates and recommendations to mitigate risks

Conduct regular site visits to assess progress identify any challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track

Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients

Utilize project management software and tools to manage project schedules and resources

Continuously improve project planning processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering from governmental universities is a must.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning in the construction industry specially in big projects is a must

Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools

Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills

Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
