Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all onsite activities including but not limited to material and equipment deliveries subcontractor work and site personnel
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans specifications and timelines
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and clients
Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction
Monitor and track project costs and progress and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget and schedule
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients subcontractors and site personnel
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel when needed
Keep accurate records of all onsite activities including daily reports material and equipment inventory and project documentation
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress and any potential issues or concerns
Requirements:
A bachelors degree in engineering from a governmental university is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction as a Site Engineer
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Proficient in using construction software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
