Qualifications :

Relevant tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS preferred.

Professional Qualifications e.g. MRICS

10 years experience in all facets of quantity surveying including cost planning quantity takeoff preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format estimating tender and contract document production report writing claim evaluation/negotiation general post contract administration valuation of variations agreement of new rates Taking Over Certificates and Defects Liability Certificates of Contracts related to infrastructure works.

Candidate must have extensive experience in FIDIC.

Experience in Water Infrastructure Projects is mandatory.

Experience in Dubai Municipality projects is preferred.
