• Expertise in assessing business processes identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable RPA solutions
  
• Around 57 years experience specializing in Business Analyst / Project Management RPA Presales and manual testing.
  
• Implemented around 50 RPA Processes in Banking/Insurance/IT domain.
  
• Reduced turnaround time human efforts errors and rework enhancing business agility and accuracy through intelligent automation and digitalization.
  
• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills presentation and problemsolving skills
  
• Strong communication/ relationship management skills enthusiastic and selfdriven with a high degree of commitment
  
• Substantial knowledge and understanding on documenting Client requirements understanding impact technical solutions in partnership with platform SMEs and coordination with client for endtoend implementation of RPA process along with project management. Ability to translate requirements into process and control.
  
• Involvement in preparation of AS IS TO BE SOP PDD SDD and USECASES. Involved in Effort estimation Project plan preparation BOT calculation ROI Calculation Status report (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) preparation and RPA Business Benefits calculation.
  
• Worked on Presales activities such as understanding key areas for automation by considering their pain areas Proposal creation Effort Estimation High level planning Implementation plan Process pipelining etc.
  
• Hands on experience with Functional UAT and Change request testing Regression Testing along with Creating and updating Test plans Test cases Test strategies and Test Summary Reports.
  
• BRD preparation change request document creation Understanding & Analysis of requirements and Gap analysis.
