Performing regular maintenance tasks on kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Prepare SOP, conduct regular PPM and ensure that all equipment’s are properly calibrated, functioning according to the manufacturer’s recommendation & specifications.
In-depth repair knowledge, Install/Setting up kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, food processors including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts for regular operation & events.
Diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment’s including troubleshooting electrical issues, mechanical failures, or plumbing problems.
Coordinating with external service providers if specialized repairs are needed to ensure chef & kitchen team can operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various MEP types of equipment’s such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plant rooms equipment’s and electric rooms equipment’s.
Assist and Performs civil works & other works as when required & instructed by management.
