An exciting new role has come available in our commercial team as we continue our transformation and growth journey. We are looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of shopper understanding into commercial advantage. In this role you will develop & execute a central shopper marketing strategy that will help grow our categories across MENA. You will help build capabilities across the generating demand community sharing insights expertise and best practice to accelerate learning & provide consistent ways of working.
A day in the life..
- Develop and deliver the Shopper Marketing Vision & Strategy across all channels and categories to support our Commercial plans and growth
- Responsible for setting and defining the Shopper Marketing Roadmap giving full visibility and on boarding with all categories and clusters
- Support brand managers in the development of holistic shopper strategy as part of the brand plan development
- Deliver strategic input throughout our commercial planning cycles to help define shopper priorities for brands
- Integrate Shopper Strategies to existing Category Strategies across Channels
- Develop Shopper Marketing solutions for key Category drivers in key channels to drive growth for the Category and Nestl
- Develop leading edge proposals to ensure Nestl stands outs and leads the way in Shopper Marketing
- Build capabilities and Shopper expertise throughout the Commercial Development/marketing community & across the broader Generating Demand network
- Lead the agenda to help develop Shopper Marketing capability centrally and with key markets take learnings from tried and tested approaches internally and externally to achieve results quickly to create an impact in stores and online.
What will make you successful
- 7 years of Commercial/Category/ Marketing experience ideally in shopper marketing
- Market experience in FMCG a must
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Background in shopper marketing agency a plus
