You will be working with a health care provider that caters 95% within the state of New Mexico that provides rental services for medical equipment and sell medical supplies/consumable to patients.
What will I do in this job?
- Creating end of month financials
- Reviewing all those packages
- Going through accuracy
- Reporting
- Setting up of new vendors in sage intact
- Weekly cash forecasting
- Cost of goods sold reporting.
- Support the annual budget process.
- Reforesting dues towards the year
- Updating and reevaluating and creating new report
- Revamping new processes /process improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 2 4 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with Sage Intacct, or other dynamic ERP systems
- Comfortable with calculating figures and has an analytical mindset
- Must be flexible and motivated to work on cross functional teams
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting principles aka GAAP
- Ability to work a scheduled aligned with our time zone; this potentially could be a partial alignment in terms of the hours during the day but will definitely need to be able to interact on a frequent basis
