As a Records Control Analyst you will provide support on quality inspection on machine parts. You will ensure all parts and tools are inspected thoroughly to meets companys expectation.
As Records Control Analyst you will be responsible for:
Ability to understand Bill of Materials relevant materials certifications and specifications.
Works with Baker Hughes management system databases and systems (SAP Oracle BHOS Agility LIMS etc)
Responsible for data review and completeness of all records and operations reviewed.
Responsible for performing databooks/product specifications compilations and ensure accuracy prior uploading to Baker Hughes repository system or handing to customers inspector/representative to review prior assembly or products final release.
Collaborates with quality control and manufacturing planning preparing products datebooks/product specification and customers inspection scheduling.
May participate in quality audits material review boards kaizens or root cause analysis.
Drives quality culture to their plant.
Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Have more than 2 years of experience in relevant role.
Be detailoriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems.
