Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design Leadership: Guide the architectural direction for projects ensuring innovative sustainable and costeffective designs.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision translating their needs into architectural masterpieces.
- Sustainability Advocate: Champion ecofriendly design principles ensuring projects adhere to green building standards.
- Team Development: Cultivate an inspiring architectural team fostering a culture of continuous learning innovation and excellence.
- Technology Integration: Leverage cuttingedge architectural software and tools to enhance design precision and visualization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineering interior design and project management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to construction.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of global architectural trends bringing fresh perspectives and techniques to the drawing board.
Qualifications:
- A Masters Degree in Architecture or a related field. Additional certifications in green building or sustainable design would be a plus.
- Over 20 years of experience in the architectural domain with a significant footprint in leading largescale and iconic construction projects.
- A rich portfolio that showcases a range of architectural styles and innovations.
- Profound expertise in architectural software tools and 3D visualization techniques.
- Outstanding leadership negotiation and presentation skills coupled with a visionary design mindset.
