Service Center Operator Technician

Roles and Responsibility • The Service centre Operator / Technician Perform hands on activities related to Heat Exchanger reconditioning including disassembly of units, plate cleaning, dye penetrant inspection, gluing of gaskets, assembly, and pressure testing of the units. • Always ensure to wear full PPE demanded by the nature of the work. • Report the technical findings on the different inspection along the job and establish reports. • Report any issues to the Team Leader & take his concerns before proceeding • Use proper tools, equipment, and procedures to perform the work. • Follow the guidelines mentioned in the reconditioning / repair procedures. • Ensure safety first culture attitude during working execution.
