Job Description
We are looking for a courteous and attentive Room Service Attendant to provide exceptional inroom dining services to hotel guests in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to deliver food and beverages efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
- Set up trays trolleys and dining setups according to hotel standards.
- Ensure orders are accurately prepared and presented before delivery.
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special dietary needs with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of room service areas and equipment.
- Collect used trays and ensure prompt clearing of dishes from guest rooms.
- Follow hotel policies health and safety regulations at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in stocking supplies and checking inventory levels.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 13 years of experience in room service F&B or hospitality (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to carry trays and work on foot for long hours.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
