Job Title: Manager - Enterprise Excellence
Purpose: Lead transformation projects to optimize business performance and achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement target operating models.
- Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify business issues.
- Develop and execute transformation plans.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and ownership of new processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Science.
- PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- 5+ years of experience in Change Programs, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree, Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Certification in Change Management, Agile, Digital Transformation, or as a Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience in digital transformation and various business processes or industries.
