Country Head

The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive country-level strategy that aligns with the company's global objectives and drives growth in the Middle East and Asia market(s). • Work collaboratively with the Group COO, to direct and support all relevant organizational operations in accordance with the strategy, business plans and governance to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met. • Work collaboratively with Global Product Heads, specifically Head of Compliance Solutions (CS) but also Head of Administration Solutions (AS) and Head of Regulated Fund Solutions (RFS). • Monitor the impact of the strategy on the business and provide regular updates to the Group CEO, COO and CFO.
