Job Description
- Maintaining a date database for resume’s for future facilitation of recruitment needs
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from coordinating interviews, contracting to Heartists arrivals
- Establish and maintain effective Heartists relations
- Coordinate with all departments with regard to Talent & Culture related activities
- Coordinate with the PRO to obtain Heartists visas and manage the arrival process of new Heartists
- Responsible for the audit of his/her related work area
- Maintain Heartists files by regularly filing documents
- Develop and maintain confidential departmental Heartists files, documents and databases
- Coordinate Heartists recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent and complete
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other Heartists
