RF Optimization Engineer

Job Overview:

As an RF Optimization Engineer you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our wireless network. This includes analyzing network data identifying and troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions to improve network performance. You will work closely with our network engineering team to ensure that our network meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to optimize network performance
• Conduct drive tests and site surveys to assess network coverage and identify potential issues
• Work closely with the network engineering team to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions
• Utilize industrystandard tools and techniques to improve network performance
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in RF optimization
• Provide regular reports and updates on network performance to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF optimization in the telecommunications industry
• Strong understanding of wireless network technologies including GSM UMTS and LTE
• Experience with network optimization tools such as TEMS Nemo and Actix
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
