Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design process for residential projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed drawings using REVIT software
- Collaborate with clients consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with project teams to manage timelines budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and regulations
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in residential projects with regional/international consultancy firms
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the UAE
- Highly proficient in REVIT modeling and production of detailed design drawings
