MECHANICAL BIM MODELER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D mechanical BIM models using Revit.
• Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Integrate mechanical models with architectural structural electrical MEP and other discipline models.
• Resolve design clashes and inconsistencies.
• Generate accurate construction documents drawings and schedules from BIM models.
• Maintain detailed and uptodate documentation.
• Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Implement best practices for BIM modeling and project execution.
• Work closely with architects engineers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of mechanical elements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 57 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler in design consulting companies in the GCC.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit software for BIM modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and construction processes.
