الوصف الوظيفي
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage detailed 3D mechanical BIM models using Revit.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans.
- Integrate mechanical models with architectural structural electrical MEP and other discipline models.
- Resolve design clashes and inconsistencies.
- Generate accurate construction documents drawings and schedules from BIM models.
- Maintain detailed and uptodate documentation.
- Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Implement best practices for BIM modeling and project execution.
- Work closely with architects engineers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of mechanical elements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 57 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler in design consulting companies in the GCC.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit software for BIM modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and construction processes.
