Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and refine training materials, spanning presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Work closely with local market training leads to conduct quarterly Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) based on KPIs and Opportunities.
Lead the monthly function business reviews (FBRs), discuss, and align on actions to improve the training across multiple markets.
Ensure prompt dissemination of product/process updates on the rider interface through appropriate training initiatives.
Ensure that training content aligns with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Apply instructional design principles to craft engaging and effective training programs.
Analyze best practices across different markets & training methodologies and implement them accordingly.
Maintain regular communication with training stakeholders, market logistics leaders, and external partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any training-related concerns.
Cultivate positive working relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and garner support for training initiatives.
