PR Account Manger - Boutique PR Agency

We are looking for a talented and driven PR Account Manager to join a fast paced boutique PR Agency in Dubai.

The successful candidate will work with prestigious brands across a wide of trade and corporate clients across a multiple sectors and verticals. This is a role for those who dont want to be pigeonholed into one discipline or sector.

We are looking for someone who will relish taking a strong role in implementing strategy leading campaigns with natural ease advising and consulting on high level areas while taking responsibility for overall KPIs being met and exceeded. The role offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to push themselves and expand their current skill set quickly.

As a PR Account Manager you will work closely with senior members of the team in order to learn and grow your skill set and expertise. A cando proactive and positive attitude is a must as is the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of accounts withing the B2B and corporate space on a daytoday basis
Be the key point of contact for high profile clients
Responsible for understanding where all activity sits on an account at any moment in time
Providing commentators and products or company information to a wide range of media
Building relationships with existing and new clients
Building relationships with key media contacts that go beyond traditional media offerings to include podcasts and broadcast
Liaising with clients regarding press campaigns creative projects and PR solutions and being the key point of contact
Dealing with media speaking to journalists and other members of the press
Providing innovative and creative ideas to clients that drive results
Briefing clients and updating them on campaigns
Analysing PR coverage and providing clear written reports that show the value of the campaign
Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders
New business support research developing proposals and presenting to prospective clients
Managing a high level of client interactions

Skills/Experience we require:

A minimum of 4 years experience in PR preferably within an agency based in the UAE.
Stellar media relations skills and a hands on approach to journalist outreach
A proven track record managing clients at Csuite level and overseeing junior team members to deliver results
Exceptional and efficient written ability under pressure. Proven experience in creating a range of range of media materials and feature responses and the ability to provide constructive guidance to more junior members
Experience of autonomously managing projects from start to finish with positive results
Understanding of the synergies between PR and Digital/Social Media campaigns
An eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
A cando attitude from proactively suggesting campaign ideas to selling in stories to advising junior members on how to exceed KPIs
A desire to learn and be part of a learning culture
