Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in both public and private industry.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Johnson Controls' solutions.

Required

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the Energy Efficiency/Renewable Energy/Sustainability Industry.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency solutions, building automation, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and commutation skills.
