Retail Supervisor

As Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Retail in managing the daily retail operations across Atlantis The Royal. The successful candidate will be in charge of ensuring that high service standards are consistently delivered and maintained for our valued customers. Through communications and interpersonal skills you will lead the team of Team Leaders and Retail Clerks by ensuring a team focus environment and inspire to achieve business goals. This role does not manage the third party vendor boutiques inside the resort and only covers the Atlantis branded boutique and kiosks.

About You

The ideal candidate will proactively seek areas of improvement within the department and on a personal level. Retail Supervisor must be able to give and receive constructive feedback from team members and ensure the growth and development opportunities are given to the team members. You will have at least 3 years experience in retail operations, ideally in a luxury environment, with solid exposure to managing the inventory, coordinating the orders, budgeting and implementing sales strategies. You will be passionate about delivering luxury customer service and fluent with communicating stock challenges, processing stock requests and raising internal requisitions.
