The Concierge team has an exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal and local knowledge of Dubai so are able to enhance and make tailored guest experiences and itineraries. The Concierge is responsible for working closely with all guests to deliver detailed service options, create itinerates, arrange tours & transport along with the ability to arrange a wide variety of guest booking needs, pre and post-stay correspondence, and must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
