Responsibilities:
Greet guests and present them with the menu and daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders and make recommendations when appropriate.
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all orders are served on time and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Process bills and handle payment transactions.
