Organize weekly meetings and discuss the Operational topics such safety, HR,, finance etc.
• Liaise with the superintendents to ensure the equipment is being operated in a correct way.
• Ensure that manpower is correctly allocated and performing as per our standards.
• Work closely and advise workshop department to achieve operational availability of the equipment.
• Keep track of all daily fleet activities, informing relevant stakeholders about ongoing tasks.
• Follow-up with procurement & logistics team that their required actions for your projects are being timely actioned and report in case of any issue.
