- Assist the Team Lead – HC Systems in executing, developing, and troubleshooting HC technology systems tasks, queries, and concerns.
- Create new positions, departments, destinations, SBUs, legal entities, and perform subsequent updates, including mass updates to the master data as directed by Vertical teams.
- Support mass data uploads including new hires, department and position creation, assignment, reporting changes, AOR updates, and OHC updates.
- Update data in the system when vertical teams or employees are unable to do so due to operational or governance challenges.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations of the organization.
- Assist in executing UATs and recording progress for periodic Oracle Fusion updates and all required HR system enhancements based on new business requirements.
Reporting, Insights & Analytics:
- Create regular and ad-hoc HC reports for verticals and key stakeholders
- Prepare and report on HC data analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain HC metrics and dashboards to provide insights in operations and workforce trends.
- Analyze HC data to identify insights for HC-related decision-making for verticals.
- Support the Team Lead – Governance, Insights and Analytics in interfacing with Vertical HC teams to understand business needs and align HC data analytics with business goals.
- Prepare and report metrics across systems to measure the effectiveness of reporting and analytics activities.
- Deliver analytics requests from business units based on insights from the Team Lead – Governance, Insights and Analytics, and share recommendations based on generated insights.
