Accountabilities
Partner with key business stakeholders in directing the process around identification and assessment of future and current training needs through the implementation of Training Needs Analyses, identify, and create a comprehensive online repository centred on skills-based learning aligned to organizational priorities.
Monitor, evaluate, and redesign skills-based learning effectiveness, in line with the training policy, standards and quality framework.
Develop Business Intelligence reports & dashboards related to specific training area including resource utilization & KPI trackers.
Responsible for directing & managing benchmarking initiatives and regulatory compliance (as applicable) with industry standards and audit guidelines.
