Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver world-class customer service with a professional, friendly attitude.
Meet and greet crew and guests, managing documentation and customs requirements with ease.
Attend to guest requests and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
Collaborate with the operations team for flawless planning and organisation.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports.
Coordinate passenger and luggage movement within the terminal.
Assist in glamorous events, exhibitions, and photoshoots.
Partner with Butlers and the F&B team for unparalleled service.
Innovate and champion new ideas for continuous improvement.
