You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIn this role you will provide an efficient Reception service to all guests, offering information and giving their full attention to all guest’s special requirements, needs and requests. Ensuring all check-ins and check-outs from the Royal Club run smoothly and that all cashiering transactions are processed promptly and correctly. Providing all resort service standards, offering personalized service by always assisting the guests with their requests throughout their stay. You will be working closely with the F&B service team, making sure that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained. It is also essential that you have full knowledge of the Imperial Services offerings and benefits.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 1-year experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international hotel. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
