MCA: Computer Application
Candidates who are well versed
Functioned under Agile and Scrum frameworks to complete releases every 3 months and well-organized sprints for the Digital Bank.
- Led the project team from inception to closure (Business, IT and vendors)
- Effectively managed communication and acted as primary intermediary between IT and business to ensure alignment and change planning.
- Analyzed and documented business requirements and facilitated functional design specification finalization; with assessment of capabilities, cost, benefits and change impact across IT, business and operations.
- Co-ordinated for end-to-end delivery of in-house and vendor developed system enhancements.
