Job Description

  • Supervising the operations and personnel of the advertising department.
  • Working with colleagues, clients, or an advertising agency to establish and meet project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Creating marketing strategies to increase buyer interest in specific products or services.
  • Monitoring the progress of the project from planning to execution to ensure that it remains focused and effective.
  • Contract specifications and terms are negotiated with clients or other third parties.
  • Starting and directing research projects.
  • Data collection and analysis, as well as data presentation to other parties, such as management and clients.
  • Participating in the hiring and evaluation of advertising department employees.
  • Expert advice on marketing and advertising strategies for new or existing products or services.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in advertising, marketing, or a closely related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a relevant field is required; management experience is preferred.
  • Design and marketing principles and techniques should be understood.
  • Capability to develop strategies in response to industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly when working on multiple projects or teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, management, listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decisiveness and strong problem-solving abilities, particularly when under pressure.
  • Capability to establish and maintain working relationships.
  • Solid sales and presentation skills.
