Job Description

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth objectives and enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including transaction processing, customer support, compliance, and risk management.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational activities with business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prioritize opportunity areas that can be addressed given the organizational capacity and feasibility.
  • Work with operations subject matter experts and use a broad range of sources to develop innovative functionalities.
  • Design processes, workflows, and functional components to improve efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch products.
  • Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with internal teams and keep stakeholders updated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in operations management within the FinTech industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial services operations, including transaction processing, customer support, CRM, compliance, and risk management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the financial services industry.
