Job Description

  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage new hire onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Handle employee resignation and termination processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
