Job Description
Assist Phlebotomist/Front Office Staff with non-medical patient-related care as directed by and under the supervision of the Lab Supervisor/Section-In-Charges on duty.
Respond quickly to patients or their families' requests for assistance, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
Attend to patients if any assistance is needed.
Receive non-clinical responsibilities each shift from the Lab Supervisor/Section-In-Charges on duty.
