Job Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Top Management and executive leadership.
• Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Conduct research and gather data to support investment decisions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
• Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy retrieval.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience Required
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial or investment sector.
