On top of that, the team works with a support of the Thales back office in France (Design Authority, System Engineering, IVVQ, Supply chain).
The FSEs are in charge of:
- Repair mainly Thales equipment by using the ILS radio test bench
- Identify and characterize with the Customer and the End Users the issues/snags which could happen and solve them by liaising with the back-office
- Be the interface to the Customer (and the End User) for any question/topic related to Thales supplied equipment.
- Train the Customer and different End-Users on radio system and associated Thales equipment
- Writing reports to the project team (Project Manager, System Engineering Manager, IVVQ Manager)
- Respecting the TAT target as given by the Project Manager for all repair and/or modification activities.
