Job Description
- Provide technical support for desktop computers applications and related technology.
- Assist with installation configuration and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Support users with ITrelated problems both remotely and onsite.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using our ticketing system.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street AlBateen Area Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 9000 gross per month
