Desktop Support Technician

• Provide technical support for desktop computers applications and related technology.
  
• Assist with installation configuration and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  
• Support users with ITrelated problems both remotely and onsite.
  
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Good communication skills and a customerfocused attitude.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
