Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our clients team specializing in fabric sales within the furnishing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fabric sales exceptional client relationship skills and a deep understanding of the furnishing sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the furnishing industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management highlighting achievements challenges and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in trade shows exhibitions and networking events to promote the companys products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sales with a strong network of client relationships in the furnishing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
