A fast-growing Mexican restaurant chain is looking for the Kitchen Head / Head Chef Position, with following requirements
Minimum 8-10 years experience in a Kitchen Head / Head Chef role in UAE
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Mexican cuisine
Must have strong knowledge of staffing, food costing, wastage and inventory control
Proficient in using computer and making reports for management
Strong communication skills & pleasant personality
Ability to work under pressure and should have flexibility
