Job Description
- Food preparation: Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as peeling, chopping, and cutting vegetables and fruit
- Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including utensils, dishes, and work surfaces
- Inventory: Check inventory and expiration dates, and report to the chef on what needs to be replenished
- Stocking: Ensure the pantry is well-stocked
- Cooking: Cook food items and prepare salads and desserts
- Safety: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
