Procurement Engineer

As a Procurement Specialist, your role will be pivotal in managing technical procurement requirements and ensuring compliance with project specifications. • You will lead strategic procurement efforts, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the acquisition of construction materials, signage, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. • Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll forecast material needs, manage supplies, and maintain cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards. • Vendor management will be key as you develop relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce contractual terms. • Your expertise in contract negotiation will drive favorable terms, manage risks, and align procurement activities with project budgets. • Utilizing your technical knowledge and quantitative surveying skills, you'll assess product quality, conduct detailed cost analyses, and identify process improvements.
