Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Procurement Engineer to manage the endtoend procurement process for our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field market knowledge in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and a preference for experience in EV charging systems. This role demands technical expertise efficient procurement management and excellent supplier relationship skills to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Process Management:
- Manage the entire procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery.
- Handle payment terms such as PostDated Cheques (PDC) Letters of Credit (LC) and manage petty cash.

BOQ Preparation:
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) on time to meet project requirements.

Supplier and Market Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure quality cost efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated on market trends pricing and availability of materials.

Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination:
- Manage logistics and supply chain operations ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation including purchase orders contracts and supplier records.

- Assess technical specifications of materials and equipment to ensure alignment with project needs.
- Provide expertise in electrical systems and support EV chargingrelated projects where applicable.
